Improvements to makefiles

- Added cmake file to find D-Bus
- Removed remaining AddEngine stuff
- Fixed cross compiling for windows trying to use dbus after previous commit
- Compilation tested on Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD and cross compilation from linux for windows using mingw compiler
